Attention Customers

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to our system between 11:00 PM ET Saturday, July 13, 2019 and 8:00 AM ET Sunday, July 14, 2019. While your debit card functionality will not be impacted and will remain available for use, please note that the following services will be unavailable during this time:

  • Online Banking
  • BankMobile App
  • Interactive Automated Services Line
  • Text 2 Balance
  • Green Dot Reload @ the Register™ Service

We ask that you also keep in mind the following:

  • The EasyDepositSM Mobile Check Capture feature as well as the ability to transfer funds between accounts will be unavailable.
  • If you use the On/Off Switch feature and would like to switch your card back on, please do so before July 13, 2019 to avoid disruption.
  • Customer Care will be available during the normal operating hours of 8:00 AM ET to 11:00 PM ET to help answer any questions; however, agents will be unable to assist with account inquiries or process any changes to your account during this time.
