How You Earn Cash Rewards:
Eligible BankMobile Vibe Checking Account or BankMobile Interest Bearing Checking Account (“Account”) account holders who have been selected to participate in the Promotion will receive an email from BankMobile. Account holders will earn 1% cash back on eligible point-of-sale purchases up to $500 made with the BankMobile Vibe Debit Mastercard (“Qualifying Purchases”) minus returns, credits, and adjustments (“Net Purchases”). The following transactions are not considered Qualifying Purchases and will not earn cash rewards: Fees, fraudulent transactions, and bill payments.
Qualifying Purchases must post to your Account between midnight October 28, 2019 and 11:59 PM November 4, 2019 to be eligible for the cash back reward. Your purchase will not qualify if your purchase is processed through a third-party payment account, mobile/wireless card reader, digital wallet not supported by BankMobile (e.g. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay) or similar technology. Automated teller machine (ATM) transactions and ACH debit transactions, including bill payments, do not qualify as Qualifying Purchases. The posting date is controlled by the time at which the merchant posts the transaction. A Qualifying Purchase may therefore post on a date later than the actual date of purchase. The total cash back credit will be limited to a maximum of $5 per account holder.
If you voluntarily close your Account, or if for any reason we close the Account, any cash back rewards associated with the Account are subject to immediate forfeiture, unless specifically authorized by us.
Returning and Rescinding Rewards:
In our sole discretion, we may deduct cash back from your Account in order to make adjustments for returns and cancellations with respect to Qualifying Purchases. In the event that you were awarded cash back from a Qualifying Purchase and subsequently reverse the transaction that generated such cash back whether or not you are still participating in the Promotion, you will remain solely responsible for the repayment of the cash back credited from such purchase.
Cash Back Fulfillment:
Cash back you accrue as a result of Qualifying Purchases will be posted to your eligible Account by November 13, 2019. Account must be open and in good standing at time of fulfillment to receive cash back credit. We will not be liable for damages resulting from any failure to post cash back to your account in a timely manner. You acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for checking your account to verify that cash back has been properly posted. If you believe that cash back has not been properly posted to your account, then you must inform us within 90 days of the Qualifying Purchase for which you are claiming that cash back should have been posted and must be able to provide proof of such transaction acceptable to the Promotion. The Promotion reserves the right, however, to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether cash back should have been posted to your Account. You acknowledge that any such determination by the Promotion will be final and binding. The value of this reward may constitute taxable income to you.
